New Feature

Import/export translations

Translations can now be imported or exported directly in the chatbuilder.

Mange Form of Address

The form of address of the standard texts in the chat builder can now be automatically changed to formal or informal.

Improvements

We'll also deploy a batch of different Chatbot UI/UX improvements:

ChatBot now correctly displays “&”
Avatar and name removed for a cleaner look
Inactive scroll bar hidden
“Select option” text added
Spacing in the feedback step input field made consistent
Font color of second questions now uses custom color instead of default
Button labels in the chatbot design preview aligned correctly
Button for redirecting to website/landing page set to fixed width
