Online Review Step

Admins can now collect reviews across multiple platforms in a single step. Choose from predefined options like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and App Stores, or add custom platforms with a name and link. Users pick their preferred platform, and App Store links are automatically routed based on device. This reduces setup effort and increases review completion rates.

Edit Funnel Name and URL

Admins can now update a funnel's name and URL directly in the chatbot builder. No need to contact support. This makes it easy to adjust funnels as their purpose or audience evolves.

Improvements

Streamlined Billing Page

The billing page is now only shown to customers on credit card billing. Invoice customers will no longer see it, keeping the admin area focused and clutter-free.
