Custom Avatars

Administrators can now create and upload custom avatars directly in the Chatbuilder, in addition to selecting standard avatars.

Customizable Landing Page

The landing page is often used at the end of a funnel to promote another product, service, or event. Administrators can now add a landing page step and insert a custom link directly within the Chatbuilder.

Improvements

Customizable URL in the final (Goodbye) step
Cleaner, more user-friendly chatbot URLs
Feedback time is now displayed in the company's time zone
