User-defined avatars

In addition to selecting standard avatars, administrators can now create their own avatars and upload them directly to the chat builder.

Customizable landing page

The landing page is often used at the end of a funnel to promote another product, service or event. From now on, administrators can add a landing page step and integrate an individual link in the chat builder.

Improvements

  • Customizable URL in the last step (Goodbye)
  • Clear, easy-to-use chatbot URLs
  • Feedback time is now displayed in the company's time zone
