Text Formatting & Dynamic Content

Make your chatbot texts real eye-catchers! With our new features, you can use bold and italicized text to arouse emotions and highlight important information. Emojis add a personal touch to your messages, while dynamic content such as avatar name or parameter values makes your chat individual and interactive.

employee integration

Our new chat builder now also supports employee integration, which makes it possible to select the contact person. Simply activate it in the settings and paste it into the chat flow.

Google Insights

From now on, you have an overview of all Google ratings — right in your hyperspace! Find out how satisfied your customers are with your Google locations and discover new ways to optimize them.
