Net Promoter Score (NPS) step

Starting now, you can use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) as the very first step in your funnel. This gives you the flexibility to begin your hypt funnels with either a 1–5 rating question or the classic NPS format.

Improvements

  • hypt now automatically detects your users' language based on their browser settings.
  • You can now connect multiple Google Business accounts, making it easy to collect reviews for different locations in a targeted and organized way.
