AI Feedback Step

We have introduced the AI Feedback Step, a new Chatbot Builder feature that replaces static questionnaires with dynamic, AI-driven conversations. Instead of showing the same predefined questions to all users, the flow adapts to individual responses and asks targeted follow-up questions to uncover the real “why” behind their feedback. Admins can configure the objective, tone of voice, and maximum number of follow-ups, enabling deeper, higher-quality insights and a step toward fully adaptive feedback funnels.
