🥜 Your job in a nutshell

To reach our next milestones, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive with enterprise Sales experience who is ready to shape our global sales success story. As our Senior Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle for strategic and high-value enterprise accounts — from discovery to closing to long-term account expansion together with our CSM.

You will:

  • Identify and qualify new enterprise-level business opportunities and close new deals.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solution-based pitches for senior decision-makers (Head of Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience).
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage and expand strategic customer relationships in DACH and new markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, creative, and personalized outreach.
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify key stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Keep customer data, forecasts, and pipeline insights up to date in HubSpot for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to optimize lead flow and pipeline quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure long-term client success.
  • Provide structured feedback on product-market fit and sales strategy as we scale internationally.

👪 Wen wir suchen

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Account Executive who combines strategic thinking, consultative sales skills, and startup energy.

You are someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Has a strategic, relationship-driven mindset with strong sales acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
  • Understands long sales cycles and knows how to navigate corporate buying processes
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively with C-level executives
  • Is fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Has a strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Works independently, strategically, and with accountability
  • Has a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

➕ Nice to have (or ready to learn on the job):

  • Experience building or leading sales processes in high-growth startups.
  • Familiarity with marketing or martech ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of international expansion (DACH → US).
  • Experience in banking and insurance
