🥜 Your job in a nutshell
As our senior backend developer, you are responsible for:
- The development of backend services with Python.
- Make sure your code runs smoothly on cloud-native Azure services.
- Helping the team develop their organization, tools, and processes.
🚀 Your mission

- You'll work with product managers and the CTO to specify new web backend features.
- You develop these features using Python3 and FastAPI.
- You conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- You enjoy working with your team.
This role offers the opportunity to move into a management position.

👪 Who we're looking for
We'd rather look for great people than impressive degrees and resumes. We believe that your motivation to learn, grow, and be great at what you do is far more important.
- You live in the Valencia region.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in backend development.
- You're ready to step out of your comfort zone to learn and grow in your role.
- You love writing clean, structured, and well-tested code.
- You're fluent in Python3.
- We say “web API,” and you say “no problem.” (You have a solid understanding of HTTP and know how to develop APIs.)
- If you've read this far, it's clear that you're fluent in English.
+ Nice to have (or willing to learn it on the job):
- You are familiar with FastAPI, PostgreSQL (SQLAlchemy) and/or AsyncIO.
- You have a feel for DevOps — ideally in connection with Microsoft Azure.
- Business intelligence and security aren't completely new topics for you.
