Sales potential of recommendations

In the HYPT dashboard, we now also show all our customers the potential turnover achieved with hypt. 💰 The displayed turnover corresponds to a calculated value and illustrates the potential of the recommendations made. To do this, we multiply the lifetime value of a customer (ø income value of a new customer) by the number of recommendations made and the statistical probability that a personal recommendation will become an actual purchase decision. Representative Nielsen statistics from 2022 say: “85% of consumers act based on recommendations from people they know.”

Improvements

  • The pie chart now shows additional percentages.
  • Tables are being sorted by date and time in a new standardized way.
