How the Lernwerktstatt Olten made their customer satisfaction visible with hypt — and thus won new participants

Lernwerkstatt Olten is one of the leading education providers in Switzerland — with a broad portfolio of continuing education, courses and practical events. Her webinar series in particular regularly attracts numerous participants. In order to further improve the experience of their Lernwerkstatt live webinars and attract new participants, the team was looking for a way to systematically collect qualified feedback and effectively communicate it to the outside world.

Boost your Google rating to 4 stars
The previous online rating of 3.4 stars was dragged down sharply by a few dissatisfied participants and did not reflect the high level of satisfaction among participants — the goal was a visible improvement to at least 4.0 stars.

More participants through referrals
The learning workshop wanted to attract more new participants — ideally through authentic recommendations from existing customers.

Improve course offerings through structured feedback
In order to continuously develop the program, direct, usable customer feedback should be collected and used internally.

Together with Lernwerkstatt Olten, hypt was initially introduced in the webinar series. After each event, participants were shown a QR code to provide feedback. They also received a thank-you email with a personalized link.
The feedback query was deliberately brief and focused on key aspects of the webinar. Satisfied participants were then automatically invited to recommend the offer and leave a Google review.
As a result of its success, Hypt was also integrated into physical events and into regular courses.

Within a short period of time, the rating rose from 3.4 to 4.5 stars — the number of reviews has increased almost sixfold.

Numerous and detailed feedback related to the webinar enables the format to be developed.

High recommendation rate
Every third person directly recommends the webinar to at least one other person and thus helps to spread the webinar offer sustainably.
Thanks to Hypt, Lernwerkstatt Olten was able to systematically record for the first time how participants received their offers — and also made this opinion publicly visible. The recommendations generated have already led to noticeable new registrations. Today, Hypt is an integral part of the feedback and recommendation strategy — not just for webinars, but for the entire range of educational offerings. A project that shows that visible customer feedback is the key to sustainable growth.
