Redirection to external contact form

hypt works completely without personal data. You can now choose whether contact data is entered directly in Hypt or via an external, company-owned landing page. In this way, sensitive information — e.g. from dissatisfied customers — can be recorded and further processed in one's own IT environment in accordance with data protection regulations.

Improvements

  • The Chatfunnel design can now be 100% adapted to the existing corporate design.
  • Messenger link tracking has been massively improved: hypt now recognizes even more precisely how often your recommendations were actually clicked and used. In this way, you can prove the success of your recommendation strategy based on data — and optimize it in a targeted manner.
